I'll do a post in the future about the working life of the mill, when it was built and such like.

ReplyDeleteI remember it very well from my childhood... I could look out of my bedroom window at night and see it. At that time I lived in the 'Square' on Cheetham Fold. It was a local landmark pulled down to make way for housing and now the houses are not being built until the housing market rises again. Looks like it will become a waste ground until then.
