Gower Hey Wood ?

I believe the following photo to be taken in Gower Hey Wood with King George Road in the background. 
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

    Hi Nancy, its a lovely 1950s photo, and it certainly does look like King George Road in the background, I am so glad you have put it on the blog, great photo!

    Great photo, its definitely Gower Hey and I spent many happy years there, paddling, picnicing with a bottle of water and jam and bread sandwiches. Also hours and hours of fun on the swing park. Lovely memories Joyce Jones-nee Howarth.
