I've really enjoyed looking over these aerial photos of the old Walls', and I think it's an interesting fact that not a single brick of the 'old' factory, that we see in these photos, still stands today.
The current 'new' factory is situated where the field is (first picture, top left quarter). I believe expansion of the factory began in the 1950's through to the 1960's.
