Hyde Name Origins.

The name "HYDE" is derived from the hide, a measure of land for taxation purposes, taken to be that area of land necessary to support a peasant family. In later times it was taken to be equivalent to 120 acres .

The house from the Bell tower shot belonged to William A Bloomfield the Headmaster of Hyde Gram in the 60's He was known as WAB
Nancy's Mate Ruth Clough has many pupil photos ov Holy Trinity.She is the daughter ov Colin Granthem obe and brother ov James who where keen photogs
