Snowy scene.

This is a photo I took during the snow we had in January this year. It is looking down Reynold Street towards Market Street.
The building immediately to the left is what was once the Bricklayers pub. It has been renovated and turned into flats which is what happens to most old buildings that survive these days . The buildings right of the picture are at the back of Hyde Clarendon shopping centre and the white building in the middle distance is the The Last Orders pub formally the Beer Engine and before that known as the Clarendon.

It is a very similar scene today too.

The Bricky's has changed beyond recognition.. As for the 'Last Orders' I've never been in since it changed from the 'Clarendon'. I've staggered out of them both more times than I should have.... ha!
Any picture that as the Town Hall in it is always a pleasure to see.
